Founded in early 2009 in Hoboken, Pizza Republic began with one simple mission: to create comforting, high‑quality food from scratch every day. We started with classic pizzas baked in traditional brick ovens. Over time, we earned the nickname “Mac Daddy,” becoming famous for our 17+ signature mac & cheese recipes. From creamy classics to inventive flavors like bacon ranch and lobster bisque mac, each casserole is hand‑mixed, topped with golden crumbs, and baked to order using Wisconsin cheese blends and fresh ingredients.
